It is very easy to knock ideas. We will always try to add to and maximise ideas rather than simply feed back and test them.
Think beyond what people say
Rather than simply report back what people say, we will take into account people’s thinking mechanisms (e.g. system 1 vs. system 2) and biases to tell you what it means for your business.
Give you meaning not information
Rather than drown you in information, we will summarise what it all means and the actions you may want to consider as a result.
